President - Mr. Bob Allen of Stratford Square Mall
Bob is the General Manager of Stratford Square Mall located at Army Trail Road and Gary Avenue.  Bob has been a Director of the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce since March of 2002 and is presently active on the Golf Outing Committee. 

1st Vice President- Mr. Steve Scholten of Bloomingdale Park District
Steve is the Executive Director of the Bloomingdale Park District, a position he has enjoyed for over 16 years and has been involved with many civic and social organizations in Bloomingdale. Steve joined the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in January 2003 and currently serves on the Golf Outing Committee.  

2nd Vice President - Mr. Ed Levato, Jr. of the Old Town Bank & Trust of Bloomingdale
Ed was appointed at the May 2004 Board of Directors meeting to fill an unexpired term of office.  He has joined the Five Star Business Expo committee,  helping out with the many jobs that are needed to stage this successful business-to-business exhibit. He also took over the Septemberfest chairperson role by re-creating our old favorite pie-eating contest.  Ed has been a volunteer many times for the Chamber at FamilyFest. 

Secretary/Treasurer - Ms. Karen Lawler of GlenOaks Hospital Foundation
Karen has been with GlenOaks Hospital since 1989 and has been Executive Director of the Foundation for more than ten years. The Foundation was formed to help supplement the financial resources of Adventist GlenOaks Hospital. Karen is active in the community and has been involved as a volunteer for the Chamber Golf Outing, Scholarship Commitee, and a Chairperson of the Annual Awards Dinner.

Past President - Ms. Liana Mirea of American Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
American Commercial Real Estate is a full service Industrial and commercial real estate company specializing in leasing and sales of multi-tenant and single user facilities throughout the Chicago-land area. Liana has been a member of the Bloomingdale Chamber Of Commerce since 1998 and has served on many Chamber committees including Awards, Familyfest, Golf Outing, SeptemberFest, Five Star Business Expo, and Bloomingdale ONE Lead Group.

Board of Directors

Mr. Franco Coladipietro of Amari & Locallo
Franco is a new asset to our Board of Directors.  He has quickly taken a role as an active director.  Franco has already worked with the Fund Raising Task Force Committee and has stepped up to co-chair the annual Wreath Committee.  He is a resident of Bloomingdale as well as a businessperson who has a law firm in the community. 

Ms. Branka Poplonski of Century 21 Lullo
Branka has been with Century 21 Lullo for several years. She served the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce as President from 1994 to 1996 and 2004.  In addition, Branka has been on the Board of Directors for ten years. Branka has been involved with many Chamber committees including Membership, Family Fest, Golf Outing, Christmas Showcase, Annual Dinner Dance and Long Range Planning.

Dr. Bridget Horan of Family Chiropractic Center
Dr. Horan joined the Board of Directors in 2000. She joined the Bloomingdale ONE networking group and the Annual Awards Dinner Committee. Bridget was the recipient of the Bloomingdale Chamber's Rookie of the Year Award for 2001.  In 2003 Bridget took over leadership of the Scholarship Committee and continues with that project to this day. 

Mr. Tom Itrich of Huskie Tools
Tom has been involved with our Board of Directors for many years, being one of the Chamber's representatives to the Character Counts! Coalition of Bloomingdale. Tom is actively involved in the community as well as the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce. 

Ms. Lori Selvaggi of Indian Lakes Resort
Lori joined our Board of Directors in June of 2005. She is the Director of Sales and Catering for Indian Lakes Resort.  Lori has spent 25 years with the resort and is well known in the community.  In addition to the many other groups that she works with at the resort she is also a member of the Meeting Planner International Golf Committee. 

Mr. Terrence Wittman of LPL Financial Services
Terrence is active as a resident and Village Trustee of nearby Roselle, IL.  He joined the Board of Directors in June of 2004.  Terrerence chairs the Bloomingdale Business Development Network. 

Dr. Michael Kelly of Old Town Chiropractic Center, P.C.
Dr. Michael Kelly was our President in 2003. Dr. Kelly's OTCC has been in Bloomingdale for more than ten years.  He has previously served as the President, Secretary/Treasurer and has been a member of the board for several years. Dr. Kelly has served on many committees including: FamilyFest, Christmas Showcase, SeptemberFest, Golf Outing, Long Range Planning and the Annual Dinner Dance.

Mr. Egidio Turano of Turano Bakery
Egidio Turano of Turano Bakery has been in business in Bloomingdale formore than 20 years! Egidio has served on the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for several years and he has been actively involved in Chairing the Golf Outing, being a committe member for the Annual Dinner Dance, and Long Range Planning.  He was President of the Board in 2001.

Ms. Lea Jackman of Western DuPage Special Recreation Association
Lea has been an important part of our Board for several years.  She has been President of the Chamber and has been a long time friend of the Chamber helping out with lots of events and activities including Career Day, Family Fest, Annual Dinners, Scholarship Committe, and marketing memberships throughout the years. 

Mr. Feroz Ahmed, LUTCF, CLTC
Feroz is a financial advisor and investment consultant with LPL Financial (Linsco Private Ledger) and has been in the field of Financial Services for about five years. He’s been a member of Board almost two years and a member of  the Chamber for three years.

Mr. Tim Jarzemsky of the Bloomingdale Public Library
Tim joined the chamber in 2003 and has been a Director since 2005, He is the Director of the Bloomingdale Public Library which serves the 22,000 plus residents of Bloomingdale. Tim has been involved in many Chamber activities including the Scholarship Committee and the Bloomingdale Business Development Network. Tim is also very active with Bloomingdale FamilyFest as co-chair.

Mr. Darrin Bacon of Midwest Bank & Trust Company
Darrin is Senior VP of Commercial Banking for Midwest Bank &
Trust Company. Darrin became a Chamber member in 1991 and has served on
the Board of Directors since 2002.  His community involvement includes
Board Chair of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of DuPage County and and
Metropolitan Family Service of DuPage County Board member.
