DESCRIPTION:The Bloomingdale Area Women in Business will award one $1\,000 scholarship to a woman who is looking to improve herself professionally by such means as continued education or professional development with the goal of furthering her knowledge and expertise. \n\n\n\nApplicants must be:\n\n	Affiliated residentially or commercially with the Bloomingdale area.\n\n\n\nScholarships must be used within the first year of being awarded.  The scholarship will be awarded at the BAWIB luncheon on Wednesday\, May 23\, 2018.\n\n\n\nA committee from the general membership of BAWIB will evaluate applications based on the established criteria.  Recommendations from this committee will be tabulated to determine the winners.  \n\n \n\nThis scholarship is based on:\n\n\n	Personal Investment in education and career progression\n	Community Involvement\, including volunteer or employment positions\n	Industry Involvement\, including networking and committee positions\n	Potential Interview to discuss professional development plans \n\n\n\nFILL OUT FORM
