DESCRIPTION:This event is the perfect opportunity to melt away your post holiday stress.  Our Relaxation Session consists of stretching\, rhythmic breathing and meditation activities that are designed to reduce stress and promote wellness.  All of the activities can be comfortably done from a chair in your work attire. After our Relaxation Session\, attendees will be served wine and hors d'oeuvres and will have an opportunity to network with fellow BAWIB members.  We hope you take advantage of this event! Evelyn Walsh from The Healing Triad will be relaxation instructor.  She uses her knowledge of the physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual bodies to create awareness as a why to wellness.
