DESCRIPTION:Join the Bloomingdale Artists Association on Wednesday\,\n\nNovember 12 at 6:30 PM at the Bloomingdale\n\nPark District Museum (108 S. Bloomingdale Rd) for a\n\nprogram on Suminigashi\, the art of Japanese marbling\n\nthat dates back to the 12th century\, with artist Mami Takahashi.\n\nMami will do a demonstration and participants\n\nwill be able to go home with a beautiful sheet of\n\npaper of their own creation.\n\n\n\nVisitors are welcome\, contact Bev Petrosius at\n\n(630)624-9545 to register for the workshop. There\n\nis a $10 drop-in fee\, or consider becoming a\n\nmember. The BAA welcomes new members\, beginner\n\nto experienced artists\, or anyone just curious\n\nabout art. Membership dues for the calendar year of September through\n\nMay are $30.
