This unique curriculum presents multiple angles of scenarios to empower you to become your own safe space!\n\nIn this session we are going to learn how to defend ourselves from different attacks and scenarios:\n\n\n	\n	Grabs\, strikes\, chokes\n	\n	\n	Pushed against a wall\n	\n	\n	Pinned on the ground\n	\n	\n	Seated on chair\n	\n\n\nWe will also train with practice pepper spray.\n\n \n\nThe curriculum is designed to not require any previous experience. Techniques are meant to be basic and simplified.
