DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGet Your Business Rockin' Around the Holiday Trees\n\n \n\nDescription:\n\nFresh evergreen trees\, supplied by Platt Hill Nursery will be installed in the Old Town Park on the south end of the park around the center. Chamber businesses will have the opportunity to decorate the trees for a fee.  Trees will be up from November 20 to January 4\, 2026.  This gives members the opportunity to advertise their business in a new area reaching new potential customers. To increase resident's participation\, a pickle will be hidden in the tree\; whoever finds it first and posts about it wins a gift card. This ensures people are looking at all the trees in search of the pickle. The number of trees are limited.\n\n\n\nPricing:\n\n	Trees $200\n	All participating businesses donate a gift card valued $15 or more for the weekly drawing. Use a Chamber Member business to purchase your gift card\, if your business does not offer them.\n	Optional fee to take down your tree of $40.\n\nDates:\n\n\n	November 18-22 trees will be installed by the Park District and Village\n	November 22-26: Decorate your designated tree   Trees must be complete by the Festival of Lights\, Tree Lighting & Kriskringle Market on November 29th.\n	November 30th   January 4\, 2026 public votes for their favorite tree\n	January 5-9\, 2026: Take down decorations. Optional fee of $40 to have the Chamber take down your tree and return the decorations.\n\nMarketing Benefits:\n\n\n	All participating businesses will be listed on the Chamber's website and on BloomingdaleHolidays.com\n	Signage at your tree\, with a QR code link to your website.\n	Exposure of your business to a new market of potential customers during the largest winter festival of the village. The whole park is lit up with holiday decorations and people will walk through the park.  The Park District also does horse and carriage rides around Old Town\, and sets up photo opportunities.\n	Chamber's Social Media postings\n	Facebook posting from those who like and vote for your tree\, exposing your business to their family and friends.\n	The event will be advertised through banners in community\, press release\, Chamber website\, eblasts\, social media\, Village's enewsletter and/or Almanac and through all participating businesses who share the information.\n\n \n\nDetails:\n\n\n	Decorations are to be festive and holiday themed\, not to be pollical in nature or depict or encourage violence. If the design is deemed offensive in nature it will be removed.\n	Electricity is available\, if you provide a 20' extension cord - please label your cord. Lights must LED.\n	Your tree will be identified by a sign with your logo and QR code linked to your website.\n	The entire trees needs to be decorated\, top to bottom and on all sides.\n	Decorations are to weather resilient and firmly attached to prevent litter in the area. Best to use heavy duty twist ties for ease of removal. No filled ornaments that can break open and spills its contents. NO GLASS ornaments. If I see glass I will ask you to take it down.\n	Businesses are responsible for decorating\, and taking down the decorations by January 9\, 2026.\n	There is an optional take down fee of $40 if you do not want to take the decorations down yourself. Recovered decorations will be returned to you.\n	The Chamber\, Bloomingdale Park District and the Village of Bloomingdale are not responsible for any harm to the trees or decorations.\n	Businesses are to supply all decorations and LED lights.\n	The event will be marketed across platforms: social media\, Daily Herald\, Village\, Chamber website\, posters and flyers in participating businesses.\n	Businesses are encouraged to promote their tree on social media and with their customers and followers.
