SUMMARY:Holiday Trees
DESCRIPTION:Deadline has passed to decorate your tree. You can still play along by visiting the trees\, and posting your favorite to Facebook to be entered into the weekly gift card give-a-ways.\n\n\n\nGet Your Business Rockin' Around the Holiday Trees\n\n\n\nDescription:\n\nEvergreen trees will be installed in the large pots around the Bloomingdale Court mall. Chamber businesses will have the opportunity to decorate the trees for a fee. Trees will be up from mid-November to early January. This gives members the opportunity to advertise their business in a new area reaching new potential customers. To increase participation\, residents will vote on their favorite tree by posting a selfie with #BCCHolidayTrees\, identifying the business. Each week a winner(s) will be chosen from those who posted to the #BCCHolidayTrees. The better the tree is decorated the more recognition it will receive.\n\n\n\nDetails:\n\n	Decorations are to be festive and holiday themed\, not to be political in nature. The design must be approved by Washington Prime before decorating. Submit descriptions and/photos of decoration themes to Matt Gugliciello of Bloomingdale Court at Matt.Gugliciello@washingtonprime.com with the subject line of Holiday Trees by November 12th.\n	The trees will be accessible to electricity for lighting. Businesses must provide a 25' outdoor electrical extension cord. The electrical source is above the trees\, so end your cord on the top of your tree to be accessible to the electricity. Bloomingdale Court will connect your tree to the outlet.\n	The entire tree needs to be decorated\, top to bottom and on all sides.\n	Decorations are to be weather resilient and firmly attached to prevent litter in the area. Best to use heavy duty twist ties and not zip ties for ease of removal.\n	Businesses are responsible for decorating\, and taking down the decorations by January 8\, 2021. Businesses may pay an additional $25 fee for the Chamber to take down your tree.\n	The Chamber and Washington Prime are not responsible for any harm to the trees or decorations.\n	Businesses will not decorate trees near competing businesses in Bloomingdale Court.\n	Businesses are to supply all decoration\, lights and a 25' outdoor extension cord label your cord.\n	If a ladder is required\, businesses may make arrangements with Bloomingdale Court to borrow one.\n	Trees will have a small sign with the sponsoring business's logo and/or contact information with a QR code linked to your website.\n	Bloomingdale Court plans to have ice skating and food trucks to increase traffic to the mall.\n	The event will be marketed across platforms: social media\, Daily Herald\, Village\, Chamber website\, posters and flyers in participating businesses.\n	Businesses are encouraged to promote their tree on social media and with their customers and followers. Only those with the #BCCHolidayTrees will be counted in the raffle.\n	Voting on trees begin the week of November 30th and end January 3\, 2021.
