Attendees will hear the latest on transportation and infrastructure project funding in Illinois\, as well as a breakdown of IDOT's recently released FY26-31 Multi-Year Improvement Program.\n\nDuring this virtual meeting\, we are pleased to welcome Holly Bieneman\, Director of the Office of Planning and Programming at IDOT.  Bieneman has more than 15 years of experience conducting planning and programming at the local\, regional and state levels. Prior to working at IDOT\, Bieneman worked for the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning\, where she managed numerous transportation programs\, coordinated with local jurisdictions and assisted in the development of their first long-range transportation plan.\n\n\n\nIn addition to Bieneman's presentation on the MYP\, we will also hear Chamber President & CEO\, Lou Sandoval\, and receive a legislative update from Director of Legislative Relations\, Andrew Cunningham.
