SUMMARY:Restaurant Roundtable
DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we plan for Restaurant Week 2024!  We have continued to tweak this event from feedback from members and the general public.  We are considering moving to a standard percent off at all restaurants\, and not the traditional creating special menu options.  Other communities have done this is great success.  It makes it easier on the restaurants as they do not have to create and train staff on new menus.  \n\n\n\nFor this event to be a success for you\, we need your input and participation.  Join us for a short meeting to discuss the details on how we can market this event to bring in new business to the community and your restaurant.  If you cannot attend in person\, assign someone to represent you or let me know if you need zoom link. \n\n\n\nWhat we will discuss:\n\n	Restaurant Week date of Feb. 4-10. \n	Participating restaurants will offer a 20% discount off bills $25 or greater (exclude liquor\, tip and tax).  This would be equal to $5 off $25.\n	Patrons will have to show the server when ordering their Restaurant Week Voucher which will be downloadable.\n	Restaurants will receive marketing through eblasts\, (our eblasts to over 3\,600 has an open rate of 50%)\, website with hyperlinks (which increase your SEO)\, and posters in the community and a sign to place outside their restaurant. \n	Restaurant fee to participate is $50 and a gift card valued at $15 or greater.\n	Restaurant Week will be marketed on Restaurant Week websites\, banners in the community\, press release\, Village enewsletter and electronic sign.\n	Patrons will send in their receipts to be entered to win gift cards donated by restaurants. The more they visit during the week\, greater their chances to win.  Optional idea is if they visit 3 or more their chances into the drawing are doubled. In the past we offered an entry into the gift card raffle for every $10 spent.
