This event brings together local organizations\, businesses\, and volunteers to create a festive day filled with decorated car trunks\, treats (both food and non-food items)\, and community spirit. It's a great way to connect with neighbors\, support local youth\, and celebrate the season together. We invite everyone to join us for a day of laughter\, costumes\, and Rotary fellowship! Interested in hosting a trunk? We got you covered!\n\n\nTrunk: You will supply a vehicle trunk\, decorations\, and candy for distribution (enough treats for possibly 1000+ kids/must be in sealed packaging/no homemade goods). We highly encourage you to have non-food items available for children with allergies. \n\n\n\nOptional Game: You supply a game\, including table and/or tent as appropriate for the activity. This keeps the children busy so you can talk with the adults. \n\n\n\nTo Participate:\n\n\n Reserve your spot by registering your trunk with the Rotary directly: REGISTER HERE!\n A $25 Donation to participate is required. \n Award is given to the Best Decorated Trunk!\n Highly encourage you to have some nonfood items for those children with allergies.\n Asking for all trunks to be ready by 11:00 for a special needs trunk or treating time.\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n*IMPORTANT*\n\nAlthough our Trunk or Treat event is advertised from 12-3 PM\, all trunks must be fully set up and ready by 11:00 AM\, as our VIP Trunk or Treat for attendees with both visible and invisible disabilities begins promptly at 11:15 AM.
