First-time Home Financing Seminar
DuPage Credit Union invites the community to attend its FREE educational, no-obligation First-time Home Financing Seminar from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 9th at the Naperville Operations Center, 1515 Bond Street.
This one-hour program is intended for those preparing to purchase their first home. Topics will include:
* The first steps to financing a home in today's market
* More about the first-time homebuyer tax credit
* What the Credit Union considers during the approval process
* Other expenses you can expect with owning a home
* What happens after you have been pre-approved for financing and have found a home
* What to expect at closing
* The benefits of financing through DuPage Credit Union versus other Mortgage Lenders
