Veteran Nation Presentation
On November 11, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 -pm, Bloomingdale VFW Post 7539 will be conducting a presenation at the Bloomingdale Public Library, 101 Fairfield Way, Bloomingale IL titled:
Veteran Nation: The Mission at Home has Just Begun
Veteran Nation is an award-winning documentary about how the United States has treated its veterans and their families., the challenges facing the newest generation of veterans, and how the American people can best serve those who served. The goal of the film is to inspire all of us to give back to those who gave their all. The film includes riveting combat footage, rare historical photgraphs and gripping interviews with veterans and experts.
Following the 30 minute video will be a discussion on what the community can do to work with veterans and their families.
