Businesses display gingerbread houses for the public to vote on. Public can visit every gingerbread house and submit their stamped passport/map to be entered into a raffle for $200.

Businesses decorate trees around Bloomingdale Court to market their business. Residents vote on their favorite by posting pictures to Facebook. Each week a random winner will be chosen to win a $25 gift card from participating businesses from those pictures posted to #BCCHolidayTrees.
