Luncheon Policy
- You must pre-register for all chamber luncheons and other events held through the chamber. This allows us to plan for the correct number of meals.
- Pre-registration must be done 3 days prior to the event.
- Cancellations will only be accepted if done 3 days prior to the event.
- Cancellations done within 3 days of the event will be charged the normal luncheon/event fee. We are required to pay for your meal once we have given a final count to the venue.
- We appreciate pre-payment or payment at the door since we must pay the venue on or before the day of the event.
