            • Eblast Request 2026

              Member eblasts are sent to all members and/or general public email addresses. Eblasts are scheduled based on the Chamber’s discretion, giving the Chamber’s emails priority. It is best to give a two week notice to ensure the eblast will be delivered on your preferred date. If the Chamber believes the eblast is inappropriate for the Chamber it has the right to decline.

              Members Reached: Approximately 700 emails (Business to Business focus)
              General Public Reached: Approximately 12,800 emails (Business to Consumer focus) with an open rate about 38%! Note these numbers are from Jan. 2026.

              Cost: $75.00 - Members Only are allowed to request eblasts.
              You will be invoiced accordingly. Some members earn free eblast by paying their dues early or being a Premier Member which includes eblast as part of their upgrade for no additional costs and will not be charged.

              Members can only request one eblast at a time. Once the eblast has run, it is open to request a new eblast. This prevents one member from capturing all the best dates. Note the last quarter of the year gets very busy with eblasts and dates do book up weeks in advance.
              Note the Chamber has priority of dates. Wednesdays are reserved for the Chamber Weekly Events email.
              Eblast Information:
              Add text you want to include in the body of the message. Not everyone will be able to open images in their email, by adding text you ensure your message is readable to the recipient. Max length 700 characters. This text is also used in your social media post.
              Any link you want included in your email, and what you want the link to be attached to. For example a link attached to picture or a specific word, i.e. Here, Form.
              By sending the Chamber your picture/graphic for the eblast you agree they are not licensed material and you have permission to use them. Graphic must be in a jpg or png format.
              The graphic must be in jpg or png format only. It should be square so it will fit in Facebook and Instagram. If you do not provide a graphic we will edit your above larger graphic to fit and may cut information off. It is BEST to include a different graphic that does not include to much information, just a picture and title. Think what Facebook and Instagram posts look like. Too much and people will pass it buy.
