Certificate of Orgin

A Certificate of Origin is a document widely used in international trade transactions which attests that the product listed therein has met certain criteria to be considered as originating in a particular country.

The Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce offers Certificate of Origins for fee of $75 for non-members and $45 for members.  Premier Members receive Certificate of Origin at no additional cost. 

Businesses will be asked to sign an Indemnity letter prior to receiving the COO stamp.  Payment at time of certification. Credit card, cash and checks are accepted. Make checks out to the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber is small office, call before stopping by as staff may be at events or in the community - 630-980-9082. Normal business hours are weekdays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Notary Public

Notary Public services are available week days from  9:00 am - 4:00 pm at no charge.  It is advised to call the office prior to stopping by as staff may be out at events or in the community - 630-980-9082.  Photo identification is required.
