Retail Sales-Part Time

Position Overview
 
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Bakery Associate to join our retail team. This role is responsible for assisting with daily bakery operations, including preparing, packaging, and stocking baked goods, maintaining product quality and freshness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Assist with baking, preparing, and finishing baked goods according to store standards.
    •    Package, label, and stock bakery items in an appealing and organized manner.
    •    Greet and assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and orders.
    •    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, bakery equipment, and display cases.
    •    Follow food safety guidelines and store policies at all times.
    •    Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to ensure quality.
    •    Assist with special orders, seasonal promotions, and displays.
    •    Support team members and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.
 
Qualifications
    •    Previous bakery, food service, or retail experience preferred but not required (training provided).
    •    Strong customer service and communication skills.
    •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    •    Flexibility with work schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
    •    Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25–40 lbs].
