FREE Reverse Mortgage Seminar

Old Town Bank & Trust of Bloomingdale will host a free Reverse Mortgage Seminar on Wednesday, June 23rd from 10 ? 11:30 am at the Bloomingdale location, 165 W. Lake Street.

A reverse mortgage is a federally insured loan using your home?s equity for persons age 62 or better on which no payments are due as long as the home is the principal residence of the borrower(s). Reverse mortgages are growing in popularity, but misconceptions abound.
