Be prepared to present a one-minute infomercial, and be sure to bring plenty of business cards to hand out.
Bags with with handles will be set up and available to contain brochures and other promotional items.  Bring your pens, menus, and other promo items to raise your visibility with attendees.
Reserved seating is determined in advance to accommodate rotations.
