Child and Adolescent Therapist

Candidates for this position MUST:

• Be licensed in the state of Illinois, including LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
• ?Be available to practice a minimum of 15 hours/week
• ?Be willing to work evening and/or weekend hours

This can be a 1099 or W2 position which includes:

• Billing and administrative services

• Referrals targeted to your interests/specializations. You will not be assigned clients who are not in your scope of practice.
