Communicating Effectively with All Personality Types
Business is a series of interactions between human beings. Whether it’s selling a product, service, serving a customer, managing your employees, interfacing with your banker, negotiating with suppliers, etc.; the common component is that there are human beings on both sides of the interaction. The more you understand about why humans, including yourself, behave the way they do, the better prepared you will be to maximize the potential of every business situation you encounter.
The essence of management is accomplishing business objectives through other people. In fact, one of the seven core beliefs of highly successful people, as documented by Napoleon Hill in his seminal book, Think and Grow Rich, is: “People are your greatest asset.”
This workshop will introduce the audience to established principles of human behavior. The emphasis will be on understanding and applying these principles in common business situations. Dan Kreutzer will use real life situations on how to get the best out of people.
This workshop is intended for business owners, managers, sales people, and anyone whose job includes working with people in order to accomplish shared objectives.
